Shelf life control

The value of food waste and associated packaging in Europe is around €140 billion annually. The main reason for such waste is the term indicated on the packaging of food products. Consumers usually observe this date and then refuse the food. This is especially true for dairy products, for which the expiration date is usually only a guide to the actual expiration date.

Develop software for product quality control. For implementation, use the “Angular JS” framework. Use “MongoDB” to create a database. The functionality includes the possibility of user registration and authentication. In addition, develop an interface for end-of-life signaling. Break the “Expiration Date” into several categories. Develop functionality to notify the customer when the product is nearing the end of its shelf life.
